DMCA Takedown Requests

DMCA Counter-Notice
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a DMCA Counter-Notice to contactus.vell@gmail.com including:

Your full contact details (name, title if applicable, address, phone, email).

Identification of the content removed and its previous location.

The following statement:
“I swear, under penalty of perjury, that I have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.”

One of the following consent statements:
If in the U.S.:
“I consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which my address is located.”
If outside the U.S.:
“I consent to the jurisdiction of any United States Federal District Court where Vell may be found.”

“I will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or their agent.”

If your counter-notice meets legal requirements, we may reinstate the content unless the original complainant initiates legal action within 10–14 business days.
Trademark Infringement
To report misuse of a trademark, send an email to contactus.vell@gmail.com with:

A list of countries where the trademark is registered.

Trademark registration numbers.

Supporting documentation or registration certificates.

“By submitting this notice, I state that I have a good-faith belief that the reported use, in the manner that I have complained of, is not authorized by the trademark owner, its agent, or the law; that the information contained in this notice is accurate; and, under penalty of perjury, that I am authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the intellectual property rights at issue.”
We will review your request and respond accordingly.
Namespace Disputes
Disputes involving usernames, brand names, or account ownership are not handled under the DMCA and must be resolved legally between the parties involved. Vell will only act on valid legal orders regarding such matters.
